Yes. California requires every product on a licensed menu to be tested for potency and contaminants before it can be sold, and everything we carry has been. Most people do not know that is the law, which is the best reason to order from a licensed delivery service.

Yes. We hold California DCC delivery licence C9-0000824-LIC, and it is printed at the foot of every page on this site. Anyone delivering cannabis in California without one is doing it illegally, so it is a fair thing to ask before you order.

Yes. Orders start at $40 before tax, and everything on the menu counts toward it. If you are a couple of dollars under, papers or a battery will get you there for less than waiting costs you.

We take cash or card, both paid at the door rather than online. Card payments carry a $5 processing fee, so cash works out cheaper. Have it ready when the driver arrives and the whole handover takes a minute.

Yes. NearMe Rewards gives you a point for every dollar you spend, and larger orders earn at a higher rate. Points come back as money off a future order, starting at $5 once you reach 200 and climbing to $100 at 1800.

We cover 6 counties: Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado, Sutter and Yuba. That takes in 107 towns, from Yuba City in the north down to Galt, and west to Davis. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call (279) 888-9007 and we will give you a straight answer instead of making you guess.

We deliver seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday and until 9:00 PM on Sunday. If you are ordering close to the end of the night, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can still get to you.

Most orders reach the door in 45 minutes to two hours, depending on where you are and how busy the night is. If you are near the edge of the area or ordering at a peak time, call and we will give you a real estimate rather than a hopeful one.

At a physical address, so a house or an apartment both work. California does not allow cannabis deliveries in public places, which rules out a park, a parking lot or the street. We are delivery only with no storefront, so there is nowhere to collect from either.

A valid, government issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older, and nothing else. No medical card, no paperwork. The name on the ID has to match the name on the order, and we cannot hand anything over without it.

Yes, and both are routine. Put the apartment number, the gate code or the buzzer name in the notes when you order, because a driver stuck at a callbox is the most common reason a delivery runs late.

No. The person who receives the order has to be the person who placed it, with ID that matches. That is a state requirement and there is no way around it, so please be there when your driver arrives.

Your driver pulls up in a clean, unmarked car with the music off. There are no logos on the vehicle and nothing on the packaging that announces what is inside. To anyone watching, someone just stopped by to see you.
